The tract was enrolled in a Windpark Easement Agreement with Mid-American in 2016 and is a part of the Beaver Creek Wind Project. Although there is no wind turbine on the farm, a payment is still made on the land. An incoming buyer will receive the 2025 land payment. The farmland tract is open for the 2025 cropping season. This highly tillable farmland tract is located within the southwest Quarter of Section 16 and the northwest Quarter of Section 21 in Junction Township, Greene County, Iowa.
